Important Notice Captain's: -  Player Registration should now be completed and the Forms sent in to the League

It is vital that you enter a correct and legible Player name.  The Full name of each Player must be entered in the Singles; the First name (if the player has already played in the singles) can be entered in the pairs if not it must be the Full name. A valid signature must be entered. Failure to comply will result in a loss of a point for each error.
